Eligible For A Refund?

    Hi,

I purchased a subscription to ZWebmasters.com subscription download website. I thought I was getting lots of scripts with resell rights HOWEVER they turned out to be just selling me scripts that were freely avaliable on the internet from other developers.

In their TOS I agreed to, they said they don't give refunds because its a digital product.

However, I believe I was mislead - does this mean I can apply for a refund and if one is not received, threaten them with some sort of trading standards body?

    Thanks :)

Tough luck for you. If they don't want to give you a refund there is nothing you can do, unless you want to go to the hassle/expense of suing them.
