elegant simple rounded corners for my container

it is just a test site but can someone give me an elegent solution for rouned corners on the top and bottom of my container....

It what I am looking for but I just dont understand. I mean I do and I can reacreate what they are doing but I have found that by asking on DP I can find more elegant practical solutions. Like my menus. There are a thousand ways to do it but I really like the one the member gave me. Just thought someone might have a very simple solution.

 

Here is a solution that uses javascript rather than images. I've used it on a number of sites & it works really well (also, very easy to implement).
