If i send money directly to someones bank account, can i after get a refund for that money? what if i don't get my product, can i still get my money? and how much does western union chrage if i recieve the money? and what if i send a check to someone and they cash it and i don't get my product, can i do anything about it? you can not reverse wire transfer, you can get the money back only if person to whom you sent transfer send it back western union do not charge you anything to receive money, it is sender who is paying all the fees.
As far as the bank or western union are concerned, they are just money transfer agents so they would typically not question why you want to send money to another party. They would have totally nothing to do with your sales and their job is to ensure that the other party gets your money. If you dispute or request for a refund, you need to work directly with the one whom you send the money too. If he does not return, there is nothing much you can do except to bring that party to court and sue for breach of contract.
