Electronic receipt needed for key purchase

    Shawn,

    With purchase of new key (Received on 09-May-05) asked for an electronic receipt to be sent on my initial email to your billing email address. Rec'd new key from a support email address below where I asked and received below response:

    > Can I also receive an electronic copy of receipt?

    You can email billing for that sort of thing if you wish.

    I've since emailed billing email address as per "james" but no response. Can I please have an electronic copy of receipt so I can submit to employer?

    Valid..was just hoping for a reply at least saying "give us a few days etc"..something just to re-assure me it was received etc.
