may be your country banned eg.

 

The difficulty you will have is purchasing eGold as it is not straight forward. I believe certain countries are banned from the site and accounts blocked.

 

Yep, The main problem with egold is , you can't fund it directly and you have to use third party to purchase/sell egold (which is not good).

I only heard that Iran got banned from Egold and we all know the reason for that

You basically need an exchnager to fund your egold account. If you have paypal or moneybookers, exchange with reputable members here at DP and they will gladly assist you.

all the account from Iran had been blocked by e-gold .so you have to open or access your account from a secure proxy or sock 4 or sock5.
