Egg or the Chicken? SEO or Redesign?

    What should come first. A redesign of my website or more SEO of the website?

    Basically we want people to convert more and to get more active posters on the website. We have decided that at some point we need a redesign. The guy I set up the forum with wants to pay for an SEO service before we pay for a redesign. Personally I think if the SEO service is going to work, we need to get a redeisng so that our site looks professional and that people stay.

    I agree, go with the redesign first. Make your website attractive with clear goals and easy navigation so people know what your site is all about. This will reduce your bounce rate and increase the amount of people that stay on your site. Good Luck
