I usually sleep for 5 to 6 hours, but some days it even decrease to 2 or 3. But when I decrease my sleeping it effects my brain and work.
i only sleep 4-5 hours .. from 6 months.. i m a 15 yr old teen.. but i think now i m addicted to it... dont reply me or pm me and tell i shud sleep more than it.. i already know... but this is what i do because of my family circumstances... if u sleep less than 7-8 hours.. the most bad effect is on ur mind... u lose concentration... ur body .. is not active as it wud be... and there is max chance . u going to take medicine pills.. if u not sleep well .. u will feel that u r unlucky.. u will listen to sad songs more.. if u not sleep more than 5 hours... ur body's blood pressure gets a little bit low.. ( i dont know about medical ) .. but i think .. i feel it... and the crazy thing tat happens when u not sleep which mostly happens with me.. tat .. u really want to listen others... u just want to listen yourself..
I have problems with insomnia sometimes. I am in school, busy with things and realtionships that seem to be causing a lot of stress. I hear that if do an intense workout every day I will be able to sleep better at night. Something that helps me is forcing myself to get up at the right time and not napping during the day so that I fall asleep at night.
I agree that exercise during the day, even just a brisk 20 minute walk, will help you with your sleep nightly. Good luck, insomnia can be challenging. ~tasty
