Effects of sandbox

    My site wasnt indexed for ages, then indexed however am ranking nowhere on Google, but am position 69 on Yahoo out of over 4 mil results for a brand new site.... Am I in the sandbox? I thought the sanbox was when Google didnt index you whilst you were in the sandbox?

    The sandbox is when you don't rank as well as you should for a particular term, for example if you use good on-page seo, and are number 1 for allinanchor: keyword -- but you are still back on page 7, this is the sandbox.

    The sandbox is something every site will experience at the beginning. Just be patient and continue to work on your site and it will return again in results, hopefully better than before.
