effectivley automate online marketing?

    What is the "cheapest" or most cost effective way to automate:

    Keyword research
    Creating forum/blog accounts and posting articles to them (and spinning the article's)
    Social networking
    Social bookmarking
    Rss feeds + aggregators
    Press releases
    Pingind and indexing

    And
    Creating (and publishing) websites relating to your "niche" linking back to your main website!

    Any help would be amazing, thank you in advance
