    Hello all,
I am currently doing a controlled assessment in computing and one of the tasks is to find out the effectiveness of JavaScript. This is a task I am currently stuck on and need to have some responses preferably before 8 pm tonight. I have 3 hours remaining and wish to complete this task in July the first's lesson. However I need to have the information earlier so that I can email it to myself and have the information there tomorrow.

Any contribution will be gratefully accepted.

    Many thanks.

That's pretty vague. It's effective, or else we wouldn't use it, but do you need information about performing certain operations or what?

The task it to evaluate the effectiveness of JavaScript using quotes from professionals, so I just need a basic description on what is good and bad about it.

Use Google. There are plenty of "expert" written articles covering this "topic".

Sorry, is the deadline already passed for this? If not, I can give some pros and cons.
