Effectiveness and purpose of 3 way links

I'm new hear, so hello to all. Lots of reading material on this forum and very interesting too.

What is the purpose of 3 way links and how exactly do they work? Why do people go to so much trouble?

3 way link convert into one way link.... that is why people go into so many trouble doing 3 way link instead of reciprocal.

 

3 way link from sites hosted on different servers a webmaster can build link popularity without the search engine being able to detect the link trading easily.It all about anyone u link to and then through a series of other sites link back to you.
There is just one way to get good links is to have content good sites want to link to. Its more useful to have a few good link partners with good page rank then 100's of other. and if u link directly to your link partner the SE can see u r link there-- so they have no problem finding your back links.

 

3 way linking is efficient but it's also hard to get
