Hi Guys, I have just made a Blog post about the tips on submitting to web directories and the same applies when you are opting for a web directory submission package. http://www.directorytotal.com/useful-tips-for-submitting-to-web-directories/ Please post in your comments on the post. Amit
Another good article Amit. This one is really helpful to all One more thing to say that always try to submit your link in a proper category which suits your sites. Keep up good work
I couldn't agree any more, not to mention, if you use quality description for your web site, it may attract a higher amount of users to click on your listing. Meti
You missed the most important tip, read the directories submission guidelines if it asks for something written a specific way then do it, don't just throw what you think in each box. If it places restrictions on the sites it accepts then make sure your site is compliant before submitting. If you neglect that part the rest of the tips are irrelevant because they'll probably just dump your submission. A few seconds checking you are doing what is asked will give your site a better chance of being listed and with the text you want.
Good addition tolra, I agree with you, there are unfortunately many users that don't care about the submission guidelines, and they pretty much end up being declined, therefore it's important for you as a submitter to go-through the guidelines and see if your web site meets those requirements. Meti
Hi Tolra, that is really a nice point made by you, I missed out on that. Submission Guidelines are really important & If they are not followed. It just adds on to more work for the directory editors.
