eBay has some post that "backlinks".

Is it worth of buying those links?

I totally agree high PR Blog comments, Forums and directories have the heaviest impact on your SERP. That is of course your site is optimized to meet all webmaster protocols, no error urls, no duplicate meta, etc..

Effective ways of link building is to do article submissions, press release submissions, and forums posting by that we get quality backlinks that will help in improving keywords ranking too.
