What I usually do is I don't put the anchor text on the body of my comment like others do. For example: "It's an awesome blog! Everything about the main topic have been discussed properly! I will look forward to see more <a href="http://www.mysite.com/">mykeyword</a>". What I do is I put my name on the bottom part of the comment form and I will add some titles with my anchor text keyword.

For example: "I like it when somebody is discussing about blah..blah..blah"

Eureka - <a href="http://www.mysite.com/">mykeyword</a> Analyst (that should be like "Eureka - Online Marketing Analyst" - the online marketing is my keyword with anchor text)

Get my point? Hope that helps...

Make sure your blog comments are relevant to the topic otherwise it won't be approved.

If you do it manually, stick to the topic and write a comment on what the topic is about, One little trick you can do is to start a discussion, blog owners like that. Depending on how obligated the blog owner is and if it is a high page rank blog, then use your name instead of you keyword. The tend to get approved easier and you still need a little variation in your backlink keywords anyway

From my experience as a blog owner - I could easily approve a generic comment if there is no link in it, but to approve a comment with a link, I would really want this feeling that the visitor has actually read what the post is about and there is some input in his/her comment.
But I have one question on my own - I can find niche blogs easily and I believe that "dofollow" carry bigger value, but is there some simple way how to sort which are with "nofollow" comments and which are "dofollow" without opening the site and checking the comments containing links?

I agree with you but now can you please response to my question?

Now I have a question for you, what is the difference between this to post.

"I have been reading your blog for a while now and absolutly love it!! I am in the process of creating recipe video blog myself and am completly inspired by this supportive community!!
    Dani"

    and that:

"What is here it is a great article. But first of all I must salute all the visitors and tell you that I add a link to your domain on one of my pages, your link here (here is a link to your page were the the domain link of the blog will appear). And now I must say that I m thinking to post HERE WE HAVE THE BLOG URL on my Digg profile. And this because in the end I found what I was looking for. What you share here is really nice sharing. In the minute I saw this tittle, the tHERE WE HAVE THE BLOG TITLE , in my google search I was very happy. It is possible I found something like this here YOUR LINK, I'm not sure but I thing it was the same. All the best"

    Here are some footprints to help you with the second part of your question about searching for blogs to make comments on. I suggest that you also include a keyword when searching on these footprints to get blogs that are related to your niche;

    "Powered by newtelligence dasBlog"
    "dasBlog"
    “Powered by BlogEngine”
    Inurl:.edu “Powered by BlogEngine.NET 1.4.5.0?
    Inurl:.gov “”Powered by BlogEngine.NET 1.4.5.0?
    Inurl:.ac.uk “Powered by BlogEngine.NET 1.4.5.0?
    Inurl:.co.uk “Powered by BlogEngine.NET 1.4.5.0?
Inurl:.edu “powered by wordpress” “leave a comment”
    Inurl:.gov “powered by wordpress”
    Inurl:.co.uk “powered by wordpress”
    Inurl:.ac.uk “powered by wordpress”
"name" + "email" + "powered by wordpress"
+"powered by drupal" -"comments are closed"
    "drupal is a registered trademark"
"Notify me when new comments are added" +"Powered by BlogEngine.NET"
"comment anonymously" + "Email Address" + "Powered by Movable Type" -movabletype.org
    "Powered by Drupal" + keyword
    site:.edu “powered by wordpress”
    site:.gov “powered by wordpress”
    site:.co.uk “powered by wordpress”
    site:.ac.uk “powered by wordpress”
“powered by wordpress” “leave a comment”
    Inurl:.edu “Powered by wordpress”
    Inurl:.gov “Powered by WordPress”
    Inurl:"node" + keyword
    "Posted by Anonymous (not verified)"
    "Submitted by Anonymous (not verified)"
    “powered by Drupal”
“Drupal is a registered trademark of Dries Buytaert.”
"post a comment" inurl:blog -[Sign in]
    “powered by BlogEngine.NET”
    “powered by Typepad”
    “powered by scoop”
    “Powered by Blogsmith”

    Happy hunting!
    Tim

If you do blog commenting with dofollow and nofollow both then Google loves it because this is natural way of link building. Both type comments should be informative and providing some good knowledge sharing and details with relevant to your site keywords. This kind of comment only makes sense and improves result, rest of all treated as spam by either blog owner or search engines.

Search using your keywords to find out appropriate blog pages to comment on. Don't duplicate comments on that pages. And make sure your comments must add values to the readers.

If you want to do blog commenting for SEO purposes then there are a few pointers you should keep in mind:
    1. Choose the blog that connects with you.
