Effective Popunder Advertising

    I am looking to purchase popunders from an effective service. I plan on doing it on a massive scale and need a service with targeted campaigns (unique US, category etc).

    Adbrite interstitial seems to be a bit expensive though (1 cent per targeted popup - $10/thousand!). Has anyone tried them?
    I placed an order on Submitpro.us a few days ago but never received a response (scam??)

    Does anyone have experience with some other service or the ones I cited above?

    I have had a lot of people recommend Adversal popunders, although I haven't used them myself.
