As long as you don't remove some of the important keywords it will be all good.

I tried this too on some of my older posts with high bounce rate, it helps to reduce bounce rate and increase in SERP ranking as well, probably getting more organic backlinks.

Make sure you don't remove important keywords that is related to the page's title.

Look in whatever analytics/tracking package you use - Google Analytics, Statcounter, whatever - and see what keywords are driving people to your site - those are are what you don't want to remove. You'll find data on this in Google Webmaster tools, too.
If you're not using any of those - then start now, otherwise everything you do will be based on guessing.

Sure to affect the SEO that you have done for early content, your PR will also drop down.

There is a typo/wrongly spelt word in nearly every sentence.

You need to decide on a niche - just vaguely 'tech' stuff is too broad. You're in far too competitive a field and there are a couple of million sites out there that do the same thing better. Pick something within the tech field that you really know a lot about and write really personal content based on your own experience. If you can write really clear 'how-to' guides on computer tasks, then there's an audience for that. There isn't one for simply reposting Twitter's new terms of service.

Simply do any change you need to do without being worried about the SEO.

If you need to change in order to make your site better, than your rankings might improve.

Be positive, as Google say: Build your site for visitors.

i wouldn't be worried as long as you keep the same structure, and as long as the new content is about the same old keywords but just better.
