Effect on SEO by linking sites hosted with different domains on the same IP

Hi everyone,

I wonder the effect, if any, possitive or negative one would experience if u have more than one site hosted within a single hosting plan. For instance Network SOlutions lets you host multiple websites with different domains within the same hosting plan. However you only get one IP. will the cross links between those websites have the same effect as if they were hosting on different plans with different IPs?

As long as you're obeying the rules, there should be no problem.

 

if u have links with different plans with different Ips then backlink counts , if u interlink on sites hosted on sam e IP it will not help u much.In short different Ips are good.

 

Generally for ranking having links from different class c ips is better since it generally is a more natural linking pattern.
