Effect on My website in search engine

    My website is doing well and someone copied all my website and also the database .. he even didn't took the tension of changing the justmobilephone.com from the disclaimer. Please guide is there is any bad effect on my website . if he is copying my content .....
    I m worried ...

    Is there any effect on my website search engine ranking ............ he was my friend and was having access to my host account and he is having the same addresses of the pages as mine ........ he copied the full database .... he only changed the theme otherwise there is not a single change ......

    it shouldn't. As your site was live and presumeably indexed first, it will be his site that is penalized for having duplicate content.

    It is considered as spamming and Google do not like spamming and may be banned the sites.

    It will only affect your site if the other site ranks higher. If it does then you will be deindex from Google as your site will be seen as the duplicate content. So, I wouldn't worry about it unless he ranks higher than you.

    It does not matter which site is launched first. Whichever site manage to earn higher authority and relevancy for their content will win the race. Other will be considered copied and may go into Google's repeated search. I don't think having duplicate content will bring any penalty or deindex.

    The point is that you have theft of your content and you must do something. First ask and try to convience your friend to down his website. If he does'nt then try contact his host provider and prove them that he has copied your entire website. If they get convinced they will pull down the website. If this also does not work then make DMCA complain. Follow below link for help

    if your site was indexed first by Mother G, then it will be his problem ( he will be banned for duplicate content ) and wont appear on Google search results...you can also write a complain to Google using your Google Webmaster Tools regarding this situation you are in.

    He only have the problem, because he copied content from your website.
