Effect on Google SERP by changing title

The Main title of my site is: Fightauthority.com - Find Your Path!

I changed focus and started featuring Techniques and Training videos.
So, I wanted to change it to: Fightauthority.com - Fighting Techniques and Training Videos.

My concern is I am already ranking high for Fight Training and Fight Techniques. I want to get up higher in Fighting Techniques.
    I already have this page:
    Fighting Techniques Videos
But under the search term: "FIghting Techniques" I am on page 2.

So, do you think changing my title will help?
Also, will I lose my results temporarily if I do?
Lastly, is it good to include the site name on every page?
    -----instead of fighting technique videos
-----it would be fighting technique videos - fightauthority.com

    Thanks!

Having the keywords in your title would probably improve your rankings, yes. If the site isn't too new, it shouldn't mess up anything with your rankings.

I'd NOT include the sitename in every page, especially not at the beginning of the title, but maybe make the titles a little longer and more descriptive.

Keywords in titles is a good thing.

Yes, changes in titles can drop your rankings while Google reevaluates the page.

As far as the site name on every page it's a matter of personal preference.

I am using Joomla backend and currently it adds the Sitename (Fightauthority.com - Find Your Path) to the end of every page. So what I was considering is changing that. The custom pages I have (ex http://www.fightauthority.com/fighting-techniques.php) I can restrict the titling.

So what ends up happening is that the new title: Fightauthority.com - Fighting Techniques and Training will end up showing up on all pages trailing the initial page title.

Is it still a good idea to change it if I want to target Fighting Techniques?

Use your title for what it's for... a title for your web page! Stuffing in keywords or adding irrelevant information won't do you any justice. Remember, this title is what people see including the description meta and make their choice if they will choose your site in the results or not.

Forget the SEO, make your titles relevant to the web page! Actually, doing this IS optimizing your title, it allows search engines to know what the overall page is about. Few key things to remember.

    1. Keep titles short.
    2. Keep titles specific.
    3. Keep titles relevant.
    4. DO NOT put urls in title.
    5. DO NOT stuff keywords in title.
