Hello Friends, After posting an article on my Blog, when I post the same on other many similar; does it have a negative effect on Google Page Rank for my Blog. My question is whether Google discourages multiple Forum postings or not?> Why these questions are being raised is that recently Google Page Rank of my blog has fallen inspite of great forum postings. First, Pagerank is simply a backlink formula; in theory, the more backlinks you have the higher your Pagerank value will be. Now, it's not so cut and dry as it may seem. You need to consider the PR value of the web page linking to yours, the other web pages linked too on that page besides yours and so on. To make a quick answer; No, multiple forum posting will NOT harm your "Google Pagerank Value". Most likely the reason your PR value fell is due to loss of quality backlinks, those backlinks lose their quality backlinks and so forth.

Can you please answer another two questions. 1) Should I try to go in for some paid services being provided by many article marketing sites like "isnare dot com" or articlemarketer dot com" etc. This will quickly provide many backlinks from such sites. 2) I have seen a site doing mass copying from fello sites & pasting on their own & growing in PR 3 to PR 4. I can't imagine that forum postings would cause your PageRank to drop that just does not make sense. There may be other reasons.
