Shortened URLs are just short version of long URLs, they don't affect anything bad to your site.

The only thing that short urls can affect - is a SEO, because you cannot use keywords in short urls which you can use in long urls.

hi., shortening URL's mean its a 301 permanent redirection which is userfriendly according to GOOGLE GUIDELINES.., it doesn't have any effects..,
