Effect of links on domainname or webhosting

    i want to ask if the page ranks of google is attached with the domain name or the content.
    actually i am using free hosting and bought a domainname. i have Pr3
    now i want to change my free webhosting.so what will happen to the PR.
    if i move my content to some other web hosting company will my pR drops?
