Effect of frequent changes in Meta Tags and the page content - good or Bad

    What will be the effect of frequent changes in Meta Tags and the Page Content of a website in the view of google and other search engines. If this didn't happened previously then have yany one figured out such frequent changes in the website ranking on each web crawl?

    2 much frequent is bad !! You can do that once in a Full Moon !!

    Yes too much has negative effects on your rankings. I'd even say "once in a full moon" is too much. My practice might not apply to every situation but I think, more than 4 times per year could get you in trouble.

    When we create the sitemap.xml file then there is the option of change frequency. I have chosen the daily option while creating the same for a particular website url. is it mean that we could change the pages daily ?
