Does domain age has some(if not huge) has effect on its value. I am not talking about 1-2 yr old domains... i m talking about 7+ yr old domains. Will it have any effect on its pricing??

    Thanks for your answers

Yes it has. Aged domains were more valuable. Just see those domains that have been sold and you can see.

I suppose that domain name age is nothing. If that is believed good domain name at the present time that worth to sell the domain name at good price.
Domain name worth as much as real buyer is ready to pay for it.

age of domain is important, but better to look at age of indexed pages in search engines.
