It was not a search. It was a link to you all your posts.... You seem to underestimate my knowledge of the product.

No, not really.. We do the same thing. We are in the same business and a member of the same organizations that make up the internet. Along with being peers...

Hey, anything is possible. I'm just indicating that the claim is not probable.

Yeah, and that is a prime example of how conspiracies like this one get started. Oops, cats out of the bag Grim, its the CIA.. Woops... FBI, wait, OSS... Nope, FBI..

Of course. No different than comparing Isuzu to GM. I don't think you realize what an ISP is. ;)

Why not. I never said it should not. I just gave you my educated opinion on the subject about its expected validity.

Why you cannot handle the unpopular opinion is beyond all comprehension.

"SMALL LITTLE"... That's trite. Any particular reason you keep resorting to using the word small and little? Does that make you feel bigger?

Actually they have more to do with one another than you think. Especially since we peer with each other, off load a lot of traffic in either direction among other things I really cannot get into. That "traffic" is not all "NET", its voice too. It travels over the "NET" however.

No, its about implying that court orders were never obtained. I know the drill.. Been there done that.

I provided a link for you. Did you not follow it. Careful there... Isn't that what got you banned in the past?
Actually it has everything to do with this. Our industry has fought for years to keep our networks free of governmental busy bodies and regulation. We all contribute a great deal of money, time and energy to that end so that people like you do not get yourselves probed.

You should be thanking me, not implying I have my head up my ass. We've worked very hard, yes, ATT, Verizon, ourselves and numerous other ISP's to insure that our customers information and our networks are not unlawfully tapped so to speak. That said, I find it very hard to believe that ATT would just welcome any type of survelience as this law suit would imply.

I'm rather concerned about you lately GRIM. Are you ok? Maybe you should take a break.

Oh, good lord, Mia, not again.

It's what the man knows best - it's what he goes to. That, and...

Whatever. Calling others mentally ill whenever challenged, Obama (you know, a dad, like any other) the al qaeda terrorist pedophile, etc. Yep. Class, cogency. Got it.

Ever considered just making a bona fide point, at some point? Or is this the only tool you've available in your toybox?

Look at the link, VB uses the 'search' feature. You obviously did not know much about it as the 'search' is no longer valid.

So you can not show anything to prove your point, interesting.

Yeah I'm sure if the government wants to do illegal spying they are going to come to a little ISP in all cases when they go to giants such as AT&T, of whom they were doing more than 'internet' traffic according to the accusations.

You sure appear to underestimate what our national security agencies have as far as hardware.
NSA is what I read myself.

I think you think way too much of your ISP compared to that of AT&T to be 100% honest.

Your educated opinion which has nothing to do with the situation at hand.
    Ok Gtech.
I come to my conclusions based on logic, what I feel, nothing to do with 'popular' the 'popular' you can't even try to show.

Simple, compared to AT&T your business is small/little. If what is alleged happened the government would not go to small ISP's they would go to the large hubs of telnet and ISP communication which your company does not fall under. Pretty simple really.

Ahh yes via the lines, the processing stations within the system however is different.

You appear to think that the same thing that is being alleged is exactly what went on at your company which is why I say 'little' as you can not honestly believe it's the same. Court orders I have no problem with nor does most anyone.

You provided a link that does not work. Hey I can call you a blatant homosexual and provide a link that does not work to your posts, I guess that makes it true hey?

Yeah you know why I got banned, for telling a POS exactly what I felt about him. You seriously got a problem lately don't you?

Yet again 'your' business has nothing to do with what is alleged.
Oh but you 'know' because you 'know' it's the same as the ones you've had. Insiders say otherwise, so why not let the lawsuit go forward and see what the outcome is? You debate with absolutely no facts at all, doesn't make for much of a case.
