LOL... Some people don't want to use their gray cells to do something by their own. But here is the limit.. this guy just copied completely and the hosting company is protecting or what..... I'd have to say that... Because there is no action yet.. And wondering, Google didn't catch it too. High time to get patent for both business websites because new copyscape batch feature showed me many URls that copied the content... am feeling like spamming ThePanet's abuse mail folder... until they speed up their process..
Thing is seo-factory was caught copied some 10 days back. I tried at my level and then had to post a thread here. Sighs***** I didn't find the way to file a complaint at BBB... I could see any auto and vehicle section and help there though. Would appreciate if you can give me the right URL/ page Ahh.. You're a gentleman then.. LOL

I would advise you to please not do that. Maintain your calm and dignity. Perhaps the bugger is an important and old client of planet and they might be just trying to persuade him to change! Ahh.. That spamming thing is out of frustration and I'm not intended to do anything like that. That's a creepy thing I know... I'm just hoping if this guy only realizes or The Planet does something.
What I know is that theplanet does not provides shared hosting directly to the people. Hosting providers like hostgator, lease servers from them and offer shared hosting. This customer is with theplanet but not directly. Also, I do not think any hosting company will favor a customer no matter how old he is. If there is something legal, they to take off his site. @chillingbreeze: Did you use the links I mentioned to file a complaint with BBB?

And I never did any business with this company or person and the first option I had to click is "if I did any business with them..".. Clueless..
Against ThePlanet. You can get their company name, address from their website. Just fill in the fields and proceed.
I thought so.. But it'd be good if I stay patient for one more day and send one more mail.. (the last one). Will have to proceed with filing complaint against ThePlanet if I don't get any positive response
wow. that is an exact design rip, but really Google won't do anything even if it is DCMA complaint as it is on the design rather than the content.
Content is copied too.. would say, entire website including the wordpress blog. He just changed the name SEO Peace to SEO Factory..
It's terrible example of internet theft... Don't know when these peoples doesn't even know about copyright infringement how they have started their Seo Services site by just copying some other's content and design. Can't believe that such a big company has refused to co-operate. I think its better you contact a copyright lawyer and file case. The one who has copied your website will be liable to pay the penalty and compensation. BTW, did you file a complaint with BBB?
