And I'm wondering if that's fishy and intentional because it has been copied twice. First, few days back when I saw someone registered seopeace.com last month and copied exactly SEO-Peace.com. It was hosted at hostmonstor and they immediately suspended it as soon as I reported. Thanks to them. Now this guy has redirected it to some seoelite blah blah (who cares).. Now again, someone copied it to seo-factory.co.uk (registered in Jan end this year.. one month old). This guy changed logo and kept everything same.. LOL.. that crap didn't even change our ongoing projects at testimonial page. I just wanted to update that page to add new projects but dropped the idea until I sort out this issue. How SICK... He even registered seo-buzz.co.uk copying my blog name seo-buzz. And this site is hosted at ThePlanet.com and they are not taking any action.. NO help... When I talked to online customer support, they accepted that the user is their customer and site is hosted at one of their datacenters. Does it take too much time to investigate?? I took hardly 5 minutes to check that this guy copied... all IPs.. DNS and whois details.. and ThePlanet NEEDS Time????? And this site is cached at google.. wow.. Filing complaint with DMCA is really tedious..They have so many conditions.. I don't understand why theplanet.com is not taking any action.. Am frustrated.. Totally
Surprised, the world biggest company theplanet is not taking any action. Well I don't think that guy is directly hosted with theplanet. He must be hosted with one of their resellers or someone who hire there servers to provide web hosting services, like hostgator. You will have to find out the exact host and then report the matter to them. Try doing a reverse look up of the IP address. Most of the host point the reverse IP lookup to their own host names. Funny stuff is... ThePlanet customer support only told me that site was hosted through Site5.com (guess another datacenter or hosting site of ThePlanet.com). They accepted that he is their customer.. And still they can't see anything when I gave creation date of site (just bit more than 1 month old), their IP, and everything. And they say.. they're investigating (not sure because he said he has no idea about legal department and I've got no response from legal department of ThePlanet. Wondering they don't take ABUSE seriously. I'm already mailing this hosting provider and no response yet. Reporting Google is really really too hectic.. $35 only for filing the case and then so many conditions... I hope this ThePlanet only takes this issue seriously. Already doing. Just trying to bug ThePlanet until they ban the crap copied site. And above all, how can one copy to this extent??? The whois details show it is some Pvt Ltd. Company at Florida.. and am not able to reach them through phone... wrong number or what..... Wish it gets down....
If theplanet does not entertains your request, file a complaint with BBB and theplanet will call you the next second. My guarantee for that.
OMG, that wasnt nice, have you tried contacting the owner of that domain and ask him wtf he are doing?...
Better Business Bureau, it's basically a company that files complaints on other companies to protect the consumer.

It is very scary to just think of being in your place...at the moment...How I wish this so called reputed hosts were little more responsible Hopefully....you will find a good solution to this problem....friend....and that too....sooner! Regards, RightMan
Unfortunately, nothing has been done by hosting company Fortunately, they at least replied that they're investigating... Now no idea, how long it will take. I just noticed, the guy changed the pricing of full-service seo packages.. It is all intentional it seems. I'm still not able to come out of shock why would anybody do this???
Google will act on him. Drop a useful comment on Matt Cutt's blog, maybe he can forward that mess to the right guy.
