Selling Educational Blog - 600$/month adsense

Hello,

I am selling my education blog. Its been 7 months im running it. Initially the domain was collegelearningideas.com, but for the last month, we changed it to distantlearningideas.com

The site generates a good 500-600$ a month off adsense. I update it once a month with new articles, but besides that, i hardly spend a minute on it per day.

Fortunate to the new buyer, its time for someone els to ride this horse since i will be starting a new medical blog. I will be needed the money for my new blogposts and my marketing campaign.

I replied to all posts with a private message. But as for you captkev.... Why so hateful. Please explain to me why this is a scam?

The website gets about 500 u.v a day, and about 20 clicks. And you obviously know that education niche is one of the highest paying domains on adsense.

Eitherway, im sure i will encounter a lot of noobs like you, so for whoever is interested in purchasing the website, with a deposit of 300$ ill let you put your adsense code for 10 days.

I probably used too strong of a word with SCAM. What I should have said is you are asking a premium price for a website that is clearly not getting any organic traffic. Would you agree it is not getting any organic traffic?

This "NOOB" likes to buy sites that get solid organic traffic as this gives me a better chance of long term earnings. It would appear that you're traffic is not long term organic traffic.

I just hate to see real noobs think they are going to make your stated income longer term, after you turn off the flow of traffic.

To start up, i will apologize for using the term NOOB. Its been a while im in the blogging industry ( 9 years ), and this is what i have done my whole life. I can promise you that the traffic is a 100% organic.

It comes from various blogs, forums and other websites with high traffic.

I know what this site is worth, and I certainly know its life duration.

Its a GREAT investment, and im sure your going to come back willing to purchase other blogs.

Ok, fair enough. My definition of organic traffic is more narrow than yours. I consider organic traffic to be free, search engine (Google, Bing and Yahoo) and lately I'd say even Facebook referrals from likes, shares, etc.

Either way, it is a great niche. I'd be interested in access to google analytics, and also would love to see a detailed screenshot of Adsense earnings using the NEW Adsense interface, "Performance Reports", select "Sites" on the left side, select this domain only, and set the dates for the last month of data.

Also, please verify ownership of site.
