    I have an education niche site available that has been averaging $28/day the last 30 days.
    The site is receiving EDUCATION TARGETED traffic unique to myself (One of the reasons for a cheap BIN). If you are strict on sites only getting se/orgainc traffic this is not for you.

    Why we need to PM you for the details? post here all the screenshots and that's it.

    Please post some adsense proofs, also google analytics and post here site URL as well.I might interested in this, but without proofs it means nothing.You even haven't posted URL link and that looks strange...

    People dont display the URL so it doesn't become indexed, I have proofs and buyer can even test the site with there adsense or ppc network for a few days for more proof. PM Me

    By "EDUCATION TARGETED traffic unique to myself" - I'd imagine you are referring to your own traffic generation method?
    If so, will you be providing this method?
    Is content unique?

    Yes they are my own traffic generation methods I have been using for several months.
    I can not provide any methods for several reasons, an obvious one would be to many people using the traffic could dilute it and it is also difficult to funnel all the traffic.
    Yes content is unique

    So the site is making $28/a day and you will not pass on the traffic generations to the buyer?
    So effectively, you are selling a site based on content?

    Once I set traffic the traffic is set and stays kind of like backlinks. So once someone buys the site it will still be receiving traffic and revenue without doing anything or knowing how to generate the traffic.
    Sharing the method of education traffic would possibly dilute the sources I have and buyers could build there own sites so I keep it secret of course.

    The site is several months old but hasnt been live up until last month after having a problem with my host. So the site has only been receiving traffic/revenue for a little over a month.
