    I'm selling my education niche site earning a little over $600/month the last 3 months.
    The site is receiving consistent education targeted traffic.
    Domain is over a year old, site is receiving mostly US targeted traffic, I have traffic stats history on histats for the last month and adsense screens for the last 2.
    Im keeping domain private to keep it not indexed. PM me for domain and screens.
    Anyone interested can test the site with their adsnese code.
