What is the price for good .edu and .gov links with pr 1-2? Ive seen people offering such links for just a few buck, like $10-$20.. are there some links that can harm ones site or ? I dont know much of this but i believe one shouldnt buy edu and gov links if one has a site with total different niche.. like casinos.. but if one has educational sites then google will not notice any abnormalities.. I need to buy good edu and gov links, let me know if anyone knows og any good places to buy, thanks.
That is way too expensive!For a list of them I say generally about 50 cents a pop and that should include variety (profiles on forums/web 2.0s, NON-spammed blog comments, but also some high quality places for full articles like wikis and blog posts). It is also a plus if they add some .GOVs and always make sure to ask if they're .EDU or .EDU.XX as both are valuable but .EDU tend to be MUCH higher authority sites and some .EDU.XX (.edu.pl anyone?) are not even universities and can be regisitered by anyone for $5!
it depends on the quality of that EDU / Gov site. only PR is not all dude. the activity , participation and liability of these domains are also very important. you can't get a link by having too much money only. your site also have to be of information.
Having few links from such sites will not harm but just increase your value ,but the thing is your site have some content on it and some existing baclinks. think about this - #1. You launched a site with 5 pages, After a week suddenly lot of powerful links started poping up. Is that normal ? #2. YOu have a site with existing links and content,a bit old site, not brand new. After some time 1-2 links started popping up from authority sites and many low quality here and there links come from non authority sites. Does is sound OK ? For building links, You can check out Eduelite from Imservicessolutions. Their links works great and give result. If cannot afford that much or looking for small pack, you can outsource the packages.
