    .edu and .gov back links are come from different educational forums and government forum. These back links are so effective because its a high PR sites.

    You can increase your rankings from commenting in the edu back links. But you should not spam it. You can get those links from many sources. Like you can buy it to built your back links from edu sites.

    It used to be that .edu and .gov sites held a higher PR and gave more link power, but I suspect since Google Panda, things have changed. Each site is looked on at its own merit, regardless of the domain extension.

    It was said that 1 .edu back link is equivalent to 100 regular back links. They are preferred, but shouldn't be abused.

    thanks for every one. We manually search for .edu and .gov site link and then submit. I still don't have any list of these website. If someone has please share those links. And I am agree with PuneetJvw 1 .edu is not equivalent to 100.

    Its true that .gov and .edu sites gives more power then .com .net .org .info etc... We can get backlink from .gov and .edu site through forums commenting and blogs commenting. But make sure that forums and blogs are dofollow where you are commenting.
