No need to buy that. You can go to google and type in this: site:.edu inurl:blog "post a comment" -"comments closed" -"you must be logged in" "KEYWORD" Of course replace "keyword" with your keyword phrase. The minus sign is used, because some blogs are dead, or they require you to log in. Hope this helps you out!
