.edu and .gov backlinks possiblities??

    That is almost Impossible unless you have good relations with those .gov and .edu domain owners and administrator. why? because only government agencies can use .gov domains and only registered institutes can use .edu domain. So to get backlinks from them you need to be registered with them.
