Buying Editing Wordpress site so it looks the same on all browsers

    FireFox = looks good.

    Chrome and Safari = looks choppy

    IE = looks even more choppy

    I want someone who can edit my css/divs (via WP Admin panel ) and make the site look like it does on FireFox with the other browsers.
