editing tools for forum text areas - like this one.

    I'm using php to create a form and need to provide user with editing tools such as I have at my disposal when creating this message. I don't need all the editing tool just things like...

    I'm sure this is done using javascript but can't find any scrips out there (don't really even know what/where to look)
