I had special code on my old blogger account that let me change the title and description of the meta tags according to the new pages (so new pages created automatically had meta tags that reflected the new page). But ever since I switched to the new blogger on one of my blogs, I can't seem to get that same code to work ... nor did I find anything addressing this. I'd GREATLY appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction. My old code looked something like this: <mainpage><title><$BlogTitle$></title></mainpage> <ArchivePage><title><$BlogPageTitle$> Archive</title></ArchivePage> <itempage><title><blogger><$BlogItemTitle$></blogger> - <$BlogTitle$></title></itempage> <META name="verify-v1" content="YqfhG+jO08NNE4R5AFtxAXcgi1yLqPiokVWWmrat/L0=" /> <meta name=â#128;Âkeywordsâ#128; content=â#128;Â<ItemPage> <Blogger><$BlogItemTitle$></Blogger>,</ItemPage> <ArchivePage><Blogger><$BlogItemTitle$>, </Blogger></ArchivePage><$BlogTitle$>â#128; /> <MainPage><meta name=â#128;Âdescriptionâ#128; content=â#128;Â<$BlogTitle$> of <$BlogDescription$>â#128; /></MainPage> <ArchivePage><meta name=â#128;Âdescriptionâ#128; content=â#128;Â<$BlogPageTitle$> Archive, <$BlogDescription$>â#128; /></ArchivePage> <ItemPage><meta name=â#128;Âdescriptionâ#128; content=â#128;Â<Blogger><$BlogItemTitle$></Blogger> - <$BlogTitle$>â#128; /></ItemPage> Any ideas on how it'd look on the new blogger? Thanks, Brian P.S. If you have an old blogger account or old template on a new blogger account, I HIGHLY recommend using the above code. It increased my rankings a lot.
bump, i have the same question regarding the new blogger. I like what the new blogger has to offer, but cant seem to get the Blog description to work
