I have set up a Google places account for someone and noticed there is already a places account active for them, the issue is the current Google places account contains incorrect info like URL, Phone Number and such like....To make things worse they have no record of the details used to create this account! What I'd like to do is either edit this existing account so I can update it or remove it so I can use the new one. I can prove to Google who the places account is for etc I just don't have any email addresses, usernames or passwords associated with this account. I'd appreciate any pointers with this one.
