editing a DLL file?!

    i have a php file which is directed on a DLL file,can any one edit it? or lemme know how i know the source?

    Open a plain text editor (such as notepad in windows)
    and open the file with it...

    hm DLL files are commonly C libraries/modules for PHP they are in a binary form so you will see "garbage"
