Chances are they're using a content management system. There are plenty of them around, such as Joomla, WordPress (yes, it's a CMS, but it's geared towards bloggers), Drupal, Mambo, and others too numerous to list here - and those are just the ones that use PHP and MySQL.
What he said ^ I'd also add sNews to the list, fantastic bit of coding, even if it is a little simple...
I think there was a Secunia security warning about sNews that had yet to be fixed the last time I looked at it. I'm not sure though (maybe it was something else).
i hate funmaza coz of its full of pop up ads, revenue and just revenue aim of webmaster. Apniisp is custom coded and this kind of script is easily available on internet range 19.95$ to 40$ and some times as low as 12$ well both r custom they r not using wordpress or joomla, drupal etc
