I think the title covers what I want quite well, but below is a full description. I want someone to either make a new WP theme, or find and edit an existing WP theme, so that it is designed to convert a trial offer that the website promotes. Note: I do NOT want a long sales thread like the IM industry use! I want the following: * Homepage of Wordpress should show a page, not a list of posts * Homepage should have a banner advert in the content, where it goes is up to you (as I want you to design it for high conversions * Perhaps use bullet point lists of advantages, etc * No more than 2 banners, and 1 text link above the fold - any more than this could effect the websites chance of ranking well (since Google panda, etc) * I want the affiliate links masked by making them look like internal links, that then redirect (302, not 301!) to the affiliate offer. * A space 'below the fold' for a nice large amount of extra content (we will provide the content, much of it is already there, so basically you will be redesigning the theme, and using the 'above the fold' area for conversions. * I also want a 'news' section - this will show the wordpress posts (rather than pages!), almost exactly like a 'normal' wp blog does by default. * I do want a sidebar (sitewide), as I will show the RSS feed of the news posts in there.
