Edit CSS" doesn't fully work

    I found that on some sites "Edit CSS" doesn't fully work; when the function is enabled the layout changes.
    Example: http://www.fhbund.de/DE/00__Home/homepa … __nnn=true

    Is this a bug or a special problem of that site (maybe those @import rules)?
    Is there a workaround for this?
