Edit a PSD with a cool web 2.0 graphic and win

    Hello

    Please see the attached file for the PSD


    I am looking to remove the background image (of the people) and put an image similar to these images in its place

    The house should have a cool web 2.0 style design, and show all the arrows and percentages in the images on the above search page.

    This is for an important site which is government funded. You will receive one link in the footer of the website. Pretty cool prize - get a link from a .gov.uk website plus $10
