    Hi,

I have a service which I offer to DP members. I want to lower prices, but I find out that I can't edit original post, editing a post is probably time limited?

Anyway, I want to post a new thread, same service with changed prices, am I allowed to do that (will it be considered spamming...)?

If you hop across to BST or Link Sales you'll see that loads of regular tread starters update their prices, service or whatever and start a new thread. They usually ask one of the mods to close the original thread before they do this. I think you're pretty safe to open a new thread on this occasion.

Or if the original thread is not too old, then you can go post another post in the original thread with the new rate. Plz confirm this with a mod to avoid an infraction :)

You can request a mod to close the previous thread and then make a new one or simply make a post in the old thread notifying about the updates..!!

yeah its got an 8hour limit. Click that little red triangle for report a post and write the whole of the new post in there with a little comment saying you want to update it. Then a mod should update the thread for you
