Edinburgh 13:00 GMT??

    Hey all. I have a question I was hoping you guys wouldn't mind helping me with. I've spent forever google'ing with no luck.

    What happens in Edinburgh city (UK,Scotland) at 13:00 GMT every day?

    In Edinburgh .. at 1pm in the afternoon ... well the only thing I know that happens everyday is that it turns from 12.59 to 13.00 :p
