Not really, but I guess it doesn't matter. I would just like to see the "truth" come out so KIDS can know if steroids played a role or not. You know, since like 85% of WWE fans are <18 years old.
Some of the biggest and oldest looking fans for being under 18. LOL Whenever I see a preview I can't believe how so many adults get into this as if it was real. I would like to see them take a chair to the head for real. ........oh maybe thats why?!
I used to watch wrestling all the time. I know its fake, but its soo funny. These people are the worst actors and the story lines they come up with are very funny - even if they don't mean to be. At some point, if you watch it long enough, you forget its fake too...you actually get into it a little bit and want someone to win, even though you know what the outcome will be. WWE has never been the same since the Rock left. There are no charismatic people now. Besides, I started watching the cage fighting and ultimate fighting on the HD channels - that's some good stuff, man.
Don't steroids fall under "drug abuse" ? Either way, we don't know for sure he ever took steroids, I mean it is possible to be big and muscley without them, it just takes longer and is alot harder to do without them.
Sure. She just made it seem like it was all stuff rom in the past and that he was just a workout freak now. It's almost impossible (for most people) to get that big w/o juicing. I'd be willing to bet that 90% of those guys are AAS users!
Too bad he died. Really it was too bad. it was just the lifestyle he chose. He was on steroids and died of a storke or heart attack as a result. All that can be said.
My mom's exhusband used to be a prowrestler back in the early 70s. After one match he was walking back to the dressing room and he got hit in the head by a women with a brick in her purse. Later he was telling the guy that he just beat about it and the guy said was it a little mexican woman. He said that was his girlfriend and she doesn't know it's fake and get's really mad at the guys that beat him. I filmed a couple of episodes for a wrestling show that will probably be on UPN. Basically they bring in a few WWE guys to wrestle for the big match up and a few others and then bring in lesser known wrestlers. It was so funny because some of the newer guys were so bad. They would fall and be looking for the camera the whole time. They would act like they were hurt and then they would open their eyes up, look for the camera, see that it was still on them and then go back to wincing in pain.
what a crock.... that's years of training and plenty of GUTS i don't care how many steriods you give me, i ain't doing no friggin' backflip off of the top rope !! RIP Eddie Guerrero
There is a certain level of talent involved. Discovery or TLC (one of those) ran a series a while ago showing up and coming people who were trying to make it in the WWE. They had to start in regional wrestling at first and work their way up. You can tell some people are good and some are just awful. You can't fake having the balls to jump off a 10' ladder onto people - hoping that they "catch" you before you hit the ground. Watch some of the matches and you'll see - its fake, sure - but its not easy. They've made of wrestling a few times on cheap seats. Especially the older stuff. Awful acting all around. Its funny to see a guy cut himself with a blade to get some blood out, or have a kick obviously miss and him having to fly backwards. Some of its too funny.
Exactly. You can only get so big without roids. Sure some people can get a lot naturally bigger than others, but after a point you can only take it so long. That's not saying that people still don't have to work their ass off when they're juicing. If you want to see the difference between juiced and non just look at the natural bodybuilding winner versus the regular.
After the untimely passing of Eddie Guerrero, WWE and the entire sports-entertainment community is still reeling from the devastating loss of a champion. The initial autopsy reports on Guerrero have come in. WWE.com spoke with Eddie’s widow, Vickie Guerrero, earlier today. “It was heart failure. It was from his past – the drinking and the drug abuse. They found signs of heart disease. She (the examiner) said that the blood vessels were very worn and narrow, and that just showed all the abuse from the scheduling of work and his past. And Eddie just worked out like crazy all the time. It made his heart grow bigger and work harder and the vessels were getting smaller, and that’s what caused the heart failure. He went into a deep sleep. As soon as they saw his heart, they saw the lining of his heart already had the heart disease. There was no trauma, and Eddie hadn’t hurt himself in any way. It answered a lot of questions. I knew Eddie wasn’t feeling very good for the last week. He was home and kept saying he wasn’t feeling good and we thought it was just “road tired.†So we thought he just had to rest. It answered a lot of my questions, too, because he was just so exhausted. She said it was normal because the heart was working so hard. When he didn’t call me last night and the night before I knew it was for real, because he would call me every night. I miss his phone calls. I cried through the whole thing (last night). I loved his laugh. His laugh was the best. We just celebrated his four-year sobriety last Thursday. We just thought we had life by the handful. We thought we had it all figured out. He worked so hard to make a better life for us. I’m just overwhelmed by how people are coming out. It’s touched my heart a lot. Everybody was just in awe last night in how beautifully everything was put together. All my life was wrestling. All he did was take care of them and live for that. And I don’t know what to do now.â€
I still cant believe it happened..OMg..he just had a mtch with Jeff Keneddy and was gonna beat him agaibn????God rest him in peace
juicing makes the difference. you can see difference between new guy Mr Chris Master and Arnold S'zinger.
