eCPM based ads + revising/viewing website = TOS violation?

Hi all, I had a question maybe some of you would know the answer to in regard to the TOS -

Normally, most of the ads on my sites are PPC-based in the ad-unit breakdown (https://www.google.com/adsense/report/aggregate) Therefore, while it of course is against the TOS to artificially inflate page impressions by repeatedly viewing pages, I don't feel bad about viewing/refreshing my pages a bit while I'm working on my sites to make sure everything looks/works appropriately.

However, I was noticing today according to the breakdown that I do in fact have a few ads that are eCPM based on my site, meaning that the advertiser has agreed to pay $x/1k impressions.

Since Google's pretty darn particular (rightfully so) about publishers clicking their own ads for any reason, does this mean that in order to avoid charging an eCPM publisher money for impressions while working on my own pages, I do in fact need to disable javascript/ad viewing for myself while working on my site? It just seems like google would likely be as particular about not racking up impressions against eCPM ads as they would clicks against PPC-based ones... anyone have any experience? Sorry if this is listed specifically in the TOS anywhere and I haven't understood it yet. :)

Good idea, I will do that. I was just curious as well if anyone else had had any experiences with it here, or if there was a consensus/popular thought on it that I just missed somehow. :)

I have ads disabled on my system, so I am less worried about CPM ads (as they dont show up at all).
I think its the most wise thing to do...
