Man..i am sick of these threads...so high ecpm (photoshoped)when real webmasters are having ecpm less than $0.50

 

I don't think that is unsurprising or fake. I woke up one morning last week and checked my adsense account. I had 1 click on a channel, that had a value of $2.60. There was also only 1 impression. So, the eCPM was $2,600. It was the only click I had all day, the the eCPM was under $1.00 by the end of the day.

I wonder why do they set the eCPM too much.

Good one. My highest was about $500 eCPM.

 

the eCPM is not useful when the number of impressions and the number of clicks is low. That is like asking one or two people if they are going to vote for John McCain or Barak Obama, and then base your view of the outcome of the election on that one response.

 

Why interest in eCPM not the CTR?
I think the most important is CTR.
