Buying Economy related sites with SE traffic - budget 50.000$!!!

Like the title says and I am serious.

I am looking all sorts of economy related sites that get most of the traffic from search engines. Budget is up to 50.000 $! but I will also buy smaller sites!

What I will need in your offer:

-domain
-where is it registered
-if content is unique
-traffic stats ; under traffic I will want to see visits for at least one month (more for bigger sites) and I will want to see the content/keywords that bring the most traffic
-I will need CMS that sites runs on (will consider sites without CMS as well, but would prefer one of course hehe)
-I will want to know estimate of space needed on host (not important for small sites up to 500 MB)
-income is not that important, becouse I will monetize sites in my own way ; please send it anyway in case it is worth mentioning

Payment will be made over paypal for smaller sites, bank transfer for medium sites (10-20k) and by contract for sites in the range of 50.000 $.
