    You really should look at both Google Analytics and Google's Webmaster Tools. Both of those free services will offer insight into what's going on with your site. The Tools site will let you know about loading speed, errors seen by SE spiders, etc. The analytics will show you how ppl are finding the web site and what keywords they're using to find it.
    With that information in hand you can make a plan for changes to the site.

    that site is terrible looking, i didnt even know i was on an ecommerce site.. work on making it look legit, not like some spammy blog
